APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCED MR. E. J. R. CUMMING’S POST Press Association. WELLINGTON, Wednesday. It is announced that Mr. A. E. Fowler, who retired on May 31 from the position p.f Commissioner of Taxes, is to be succeeded by Mr. E. J. R. Cumming, the present deputy-commissioner.
