SEASON’S RACING COMPARISON WITH 1891 The annual report of the Manukau Yacht and Motor Boat Club, to be presented to the club on Monday evening, shows that 27 races were held during the season 1927-2 /, of which 15 were for yachts and 12 for launches. The club membership stands at 223, including 34 lady members and 23 juveniles. The number of boats on the register is 13 yachts and 22 launches; an increase of five on last year's total. Craft flying the club’s flag numbered seven. The annual income amounted to £ll 14s 6d, out of which a careful management committee saved £1 16s 7d on the year's operations.
