EDENDALE

“THE SHAMROCK AND THE ROSE” “Thunder,” the dog whose performance in “The Wings of the Storm” gained him the title of “The wonder dog of the screen,” appears in the film “Wolf Fangs,” which will be shown to-night at the Edendale Theatre. The plot of the story surrounds a situation developing from the regeneration of a police dog puppy, who has been raised among wolves. His return to civilisation through his adoration for the girl Ellen, is the motive of the story. A rollicking comedy about the Jews and the Irish, “The Shamrock and the Rose,” will also be shown, starring Edmund Lowe and Hasbrouck. “That Certain Thing” is the title of a sparkling comedy gem of life’s queer twists, featuring Ralph Graves and Viola Dana. The plot revolves round the romance of a gold-digging cigar counter girl, and was directed by Frank Capra
