SEQUEL TO COLLISION
DAMAGES FOR TRUCK OWNER The sequel to a motor collision, which occurred on the evening of April 3, was heard before Mr. J. H. Luxford. S.M.. at the Otahuhu Police Court yesterday. Mr. Barnett, of Otahuhu (Mr. Inder) claimed from the White Star Motor Company (Mr. Clendon). for alleged damages to his truck. Lengthy evidence was given by both sides, relative to the speed of the service car. and to the lighting of both vehicles. Judgment was given for plaintiff for £79.
