EXTRA PUNCH SENT TO HEENEY
Press Association. WELLINGTON. To-day. TOM HEENEY was a soldier, and at the meeting of Council of the Returned Soldiers’ Association it was decided to send him a letter wishing him success in his fight with Tunney. Mr. Leadley said that being a “digger” such a letter might give Heeney that extra punch that would enable him to secure the title.
