DUCHESS ASJPASSENGER CAPTAIN BARNARD STARTS

British Official Wireless Reed. Noon. RUGBY, Sunday. Captain Barnard, accompanied by Mr. Alliott and the Duchess of Bedford, left the Lympne airdrome at 4.30 this morning-, on their flight to India and back. Captain Barnard hopes to accomplish the journey to Karachi and back in eight days. The outward flight is being made in four stages, with halts at Sofia. Aleppo and Bushire.
