PRINCE WILL INSPECT H.M.A.S. AUSTRALIA

SHORT TRAINING CRUISE (United. P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) Reed. 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Friday. The new cruiser, H.M.A.S. Australia, has begun her training cruise, which will last till June 20.

Her headquarters will be at Portland, and afterwards at Portsmouth, where the Prince of Wales is expected to inspect the ship on June 27.

It is interesting to note that the Prince of Wales also inspected the old Australia at Portsmouth in April, 1919, before the battle-cruiser sailed for home after the war.
