COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Gunbar sailed from Auckland last evening on her return trip to East Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier. The Kaimanawa sails from Auckland at 4 o’clock this afternoon for Westport, where she loads again for this port. The Waimea left Napier at 3 p.m. yesterday for Auckland and is due here to-morrow. On Tuesday afternoon she leaves here on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Kaikorai from Westport leaves New Plymouth at 1 o’clock this afternoon for Auckland where she is due on Monday'. After discharge here, the vessel proceeds to Portland to load cement for Wellington and Lyttelton. The Kaituna is due at Auckland on Monday morning from Greymouth, and, after discharge here, proceeds the same evening to Portland to complete. The Wingatui is loading at Dunedin to-day thence Oamaru, Timaru, Ly'ttelton and Wellington for Auckland. The Kaiwarra from Lyttelton left Wellington at 5 p.m. yesterday for Auckland where she is due on Monday morning. The Katoa from Dunedin and way ports left Picton at 1 o’clock this morning for Auckland, where she is due on Monday'. After discharge here, the Katoa loads at Auckland, and sails next Thursday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and TimThe Waipiata sailed from Auckland yesterday afternoon for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Timaru. The Waiotapu arrived at Wellington this morning from Auckland and leaves on Monday for Lyttelton, Melbourne and Sydney to complete her discharge of Pacific cargo. The Cumberland, in continuation of her voyage from Liverpool, leaves Auckland at 5 p.m. to-day for Wellington, Ly’ttelton and Dunedin. The Ruahine leaves Lyttelton this evening for Port Chalmers and Auckland Jlo complete her discharge of London cargo. She is due here about Sunday week. The Leopold L.D. is due at New Plymouth this morning from Auckland and sails about Tuesday next for Australia to land the balance of her sulphur from Texas. The Motu was to be dispatched early this afternoon for Awanui. The Hauiti sails at 1.45 p.m., to-day for Waiheke. She is due back again at half past six to-morrow evening. The Apanui was to at noon to-day for Totara North, Houhora, Kaimaumau, and Parenga. She is due back again on Wednesday next. The Rangitoto arrived this afternoon from the Thames. The vessel sails again at 6 p.m., on Monday for the same port.

The Daphne, which arrived this afternoon from Coromandel, is scheduled to sail again at 7.20 a.m. on Tuesday for Coromandel and Colville. The Kawau leaves on an excursion to Surf dale, Ostend and Omiha to-morrow, sailing at 9.50 a.m., returning again at 7 p.ra. The Claymore sails at half past nine to-morrow evening for Whangarei. The vessel is due back again on Tuesday morning. The Taniwha, leaving at half past three to-morrow afternoon for Paeroa, arrives back again on Monday evening. The Omana sails at eight o'clock on Monday morning for Brown’s Bay, Arkle’s Bay, Manly, Deep Creek and Silverdale. She is due back the same afternoon. The Toa leaves for Whakatane at noon on Tuesday and the Otimai for Kutarere and Opotiki at ten o’clock the same morning. The Coronation was to be dispatched at noon to-day for Awanui. The Tiroa left Gisborne last evening for Auckland. She is due here tomorrow, and will berth at King’s Wharf. She loads on Monday and sails at noon on Tuesday for Hicks Bay and Gisborne. The Elsie Mary loads coal at Auckland early next week for Gisborne. The Richardson steamer, Mako, went on slip at Freeman’s Bay this morning for her annual overhaul and survey. The Awahou is due at Auckland tomorrow evening from the coast. She loads on Monday and Tuesday, and sails at five o’clock on Tuesday evening for Hicks Bay, Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne. The Putiki is due at Auckland about Wednesday next from East Coast Bays.
