EX-STUDENTS’ DANCE AT PUKEKOHE
The old students of the Pukekohe Technical High School held their annual re-union in the Oddfellows Hall, Pukekohe, on Wedensday evening, there being an attendance of 130 couples. The hall was decorated in cardinal and black—the school colours. Delightful dance music was provided by Hulmes’s i orchestra. The masters of ceremonies were Messrs. I. W. Peterson, O. Pollock, A. Fallows and W. Crosbie.
During the evening the principal, Mr. W. F. J. Munro, urged the old pupils to foster the associations formed at school, and to hold other such reunions in future. The chaperones were: Mrs. G. C. Revell. wearing maizecoloured crepe de chine. Mrs. J. B. Sim, in a frock of black silk. Mrs. W. F. J. Munro, flame georgette frock. Mrs. P. Gallagher, peacock blue satin with swan’s down trimmings. To cover the hot-water bottle, purchase two dolls blankets, buttomiole them together on three sides with silk to tone and close the opening at the top with two strong fasteners.
