UNEMPLOYED INSURANCE (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian Press Association) OTTAWA, Wednesday. The House of Commons has adopted the report of the Industrial Relations Committee, which endorses the principle of unemployment insurance. In reply to a question by Mr. H. H. Stevens, the Minister of Customs in the last Conservative Government, the Prime Minister, Mr. Mackenzie King, said he could not see that the concurrence of the House In the principle carried an obligation to Implement it by legislation at present. If the position was that its adoption meant an obligation to vote the money now, the Government would not give its support to the scheme.
