TRIPPED OVER ROPE
WOMAN CLAIMS DAMAGES In the Onehunga Police Court today Helen Reece claimed from William Wright £276 19s 6d as damages for injuries received when plaintiff tripped over a rope alleged to have been placed negligently where she was compelled to step on board the launch Te Toa as passenger from Awhitu to Onehunga. Mr. Haigh Is appearing for the plaintiff, and Mr. J. F. W. Dickson for the defendant.
