MINING NEWS HAURAKI. —The manager if ports as follows:—“The 400 ft level is clear of water, and no damage has been done by the inflow water from the seaward face. The incoming water is decreasing, but is still above the capacity of the pump, the overflow being dealt with by the bailing tanks. The pumping engine and pump are being overhauled and are now in good working condition.'’
