MISSING CARS
TWO TAKEN FROM CITY BUCKLEY STILL AT LARGE Two stolen motor-ears are still missing. One of them is the two-seater Packard, which is believed to have been taken from Remuera on Saturday evening by the escaped prisoner, John Buckley. The other is an Essex five-seater, the property of Mr. Alfred Potter, of Papatoetoe. It was taken from Albert Street on Tuesday evening about 10.30 o’clock. There was no trace of Buckley at a late hour to-day. He has been at liberty since May 25. He was last seen on Friday evening at Northcote, where he entered a store and bought a some boot-cleaning gear. The missing Packard car is a twoseater with the driving wheel on the left side. It is painted blue and is easily .distinguished as there are only two cars of the same type in New Zealand.
