“PARLIAMENT then being in A session I think it will be rather difficult to get the Prime Minister to opaen the Winter Exhibition,” said a member of the joint committee at this morning’s meeting. Mr. H. C. Gri erson, however, thought there would be a strong possibility of getting Mr. Goates if the invitation was properly worded. “This being election year,” he stated, “we will point out that failing him we are asking the Leader of the Opposition, but will give him the first refusal.” “Mr. Greerson has a political mind,” remarked a member.
