BUYER FORGES TRANSFER (From Our Oicn Correspondent) HAMILTON, To-day. When Edgar William Allen bought a motor-cycle from R. Jamieson for £2O he did not know what his subsequent actions would lead to. He paid £ll
in instalments and then discontinued paying. According to Detective White, in the Police Court to-day, accused sold the cycle for £5 in Hamilton. forging Jamieson’s name to the transfer notice. Allen pleads I guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
