FIRE AT ROTORUA
“CENTRAL” HOUSE GUTTED BRIGADE PREVENTS SPREAD Press Assoctatton ROTORUA, To-day. Fire completely gutted the main building of the “Central,” a boardinghouse containing 12 rooms. The calm night helped the brigade in preventing the fire from spreading to adjacent buildings. The building was owned by Mrs. Dillon and occupied by Mrs. Berry, both of whom were absent in Auckland. Insurances unobtainable.
