Under date June 2 the London office of the Amalgamated Dairies, Ltd., cabled as follows: — •Butter. —Our prices unchanged (An- . hor 1725); market quiet; Danish, 168 s to 160 s on spot; 162 s f.0.b.; estimated stock in public stores May 30, 0,400 tons of all butters, compared, with 10,600 tons last year. New Zealand stock this year, 1,177 tons; last year, 7,516 tons. The weeks deliveries were 560 tons. Some large multiple shops are reducing prices of Danish and New Zealand to Is Sd. •Cheese. —9Ss to 99s up to 100 s; market firm with a good demand. Estimated stocks in the United Kingdom June 1: New Zealand and Australian, 106,900 crates: Canadian, 29,800 boxes, compared w-ir.h / 100 crates and 14.500 boxes last year. Canadian new season fodders, 92s Od c.i.f. Retail prices unchanged.”
