Child Breaks a Leg.—Mary Johnson, aged eight years, broke a leg and injured her head when she was knocked down by a motor-van driven by Mr. J. W. Lyons in Victoria Street, Hamilton, on Saturday. The child, who is a daughter of Mr. A. Johnson, of Pukemiro, was admitted to the Waikato Hospital and is progressing satisfactorily. Dutchman Sees Films.—Through the courtesy of Mr. Phil Hayward, of the Majestic Theatre, Mr. J. H. Rogge, the visiting Dutch journalist, was enabled to view a series of New Zealand films to-day, and particularly those parts of the Dominion which he had been unable to visit. Mr. Rogge expressed himself as delighted with Xew Zealand’s scenic attractions for the tourist*
