MAU IN A SKIRMISH

UNCONFIRMED reports of a at Apia say that the military police arrested a Mau adherent. Other countrymen attacked the police. The mob was dispersed. One native received a bayonet wound in the stomach, and another, with his teeth knocked out by the butt of a rifle, was taken to hospital. All is quiet now.
