Reduced Letter Rate. —Advice has been received from the secretary. General Post Office, 'Wellington, that the daily letter rate to the Union of South Africa, South-West Africa, Southern Rhodesia, Northern Rhodesia, and British Central Africa (Xyassaland), is reduced by Is 8d for 20 words or less,.and by one penny a word on additional words.
