MUNICIPAL BAND
AT ZOO TO-MORROW The Municipal Band plays at the Zoological Park to-morrow (Sunday) afternoon at 2.45. The programme includes the bright marches, “The Ad - vance Guard,, and the “Sergeants pf the Guard”; hymn, “Supplication”; overture, “Crown Diamonds”; a selection from Sullivan’s operas, waltz Intermezzo, “Bethoven Echoes”; Tschaikowsky’s great overture solennelle, “1812,” and other tuneful numbers. Ludwig Berger lias just arrived on the Fox “lot” to begin preparations for filming “Don't Marry,” a film comedy based on Bela Zene's story. Although this will be Berger's first American production, he already is wellknown in the United States, because of the artistic and box office success of his rhythmic “Waltz Dream.” This production is a romantic comedy-drama centring about a girl of ultra modern tendencies who sets out to ‘‘get her man,” a confirmed bachelor. Her ideals of what constitutes naiveness sends her headlong into a mess of highlyhilarious difficulties, but she wins out in the end. “Don’t Marry” is clean, wholesome fun, every inch of its film footage.
