COLLISIONS WITH CARS i Two motor-cyclists were injured f yesterday afternoon through colliding ; with motor-cars. Both were taken to j hospital by the St. John ambulance. I A pillion rider, Miss L. Humphries. ; received a compound fracture of the right leg when the cycle on which she ! was riding collided with a car in Ponsonby Road yesterday afternoon. Miss Humphries is 22 years old and lives |at 165 Victoria Street West. Her con- ! dition this morning had improved greatly. I Mr. William Taylor Collier, aged 20, | fractured his left leg when the cycle* Ihe was riding struck a * motor in \ Karangaliape Road, near the Newton Post Office, a little after 5 o’clock yesterday.
