UNITED ORGANISATION
MR. VEITCH SATISFIED Press Association WANGANUI, To-day. Mr. W. A. Veitch, leader of the Liberal section of the United Organisation, returned to Wanganui last evening from a visit to Wellington, where he has been in consultation with members of the executive of the organisation. He expressed himself thoroughly satisfied with its development as a result of Mr. A. E. Davy’s vigorous work as organiser. Mr. Veitch was particularly pleased to note the number of influential Liberals who had definitely joined up. and also with the high standing and character of the selected candidates generally. The policy o-f the organisation would be available to the public in ample time, and would contain such practical remedies for existing evils that it is certain to appeal to the common sense of the great mass of the people.
