DEVONPORT HONOURS A CITIZEN. —Standing on a slender square column, a four-faced clock will be erected on Devonport foreshore as a mark of appreciation cf the services of the Hon. E. W. Alison to North Shore. It will be 30 feet high and it will cost £425. This design is more costly than the one previously published in THE SUN.
