“QUALITY STREET” "Quality Street,” the delightful romance of England 100 years ago, by Sir James Barrie, is being shown at the Gand Theatre for the last two nights. Marion Davies is the star, and plays the role of Phoebe Throssel, who is in love with Dr. Valentine Brown, but he goes away to the Napoleonic wars and does not return until she is an old maid. Conral Nagel is the Dr. Brown. Tim McCoy is the star in "The Law of the Range,” the second feature.
