Buccaneer’s Estate is Held in Chancery HUGE FORTUNE (United P.A.—By Telegraph — copyright) (Australian P.A.—United Service) MONTREAL, Saturday. Two representatives of the Canadian descendants of the famous Elizabethan Admiral, Sir Francis Drake, the Rev. P. J. Quigg, and the Rev. A. E. Stairs, sailed for England yesterday. They will attempt to establish the claims in the English Court of Chancery of the legal heirs of the admiral to an estate worth £13,200,000, including two castles, and family jewels of untold value, said to have been left by Sir Francis. The estate is claimed by 400 residents of New Brunswick.
