A Consolidated Rate of 2 17-C2d in the £ upon the Rateable Value of all Rateable Properties (on the basis of the Unimproved Value) appearing in the Valuation Rolls for t! f time being in force for the Borough of Onehunga, in lieu of tlie following rates:—

(a) General Rate of ltd in the £. (b) Library Rate of 3-32 d in the £. (c) Lighting Rate of 3-Sd in the £. (d) Hospital Rate of 13-16 d in the £. 2. A Water Rate of id in the £ upon the Unimproved Rateable Value of all Rateable Properties in the Borough to which water is supplied, with a minimum annual charge of 7s 6d. unless a water meter is affixed, in which case the charge shall be in accordance with the Waterworks By-laws. 3. A Rebate of 5 per cent, will be allowed on all the above Rates provided they are paid within 30 days of the due date thereof, and all arrears of Rates due by the Ratepayer claiming the debate are first paid.
