TOWN HALL ON WEDNESDAY Tlle Municipal Concerts will be resumec[ on Wednesday next, when the Municlpal Ba nd will present a fine and j . varlecl Programme, no less than 12 composers being laid under contribution' The concert will be notable for the flrst performance by the band of Beethoven's great overture the “Leonore Other fine numbers are the “Silver Trumpets” march, “The *Blue Danube” waltz (and a grand selection , ° . rrom Wagners Ihe Valkyrie. The vocalists are Miss Beryl Smith, and Mr. Jas - Simpson, and Mr. Leo. Whittaker will act as accompanist. Soats can be booked at Messrs. Lewis Eady, Ltd.
