RUGBY REFEREES
THAMES VALLEY SELECTIONS (Special to THE SUN) WELLINGTON, To-day. The names of five referees adjudged competent to control matches played under the New Zealand Appointment Board have been received by the New Zealand Rugby Union, from Thames Valley. The referees in question are: Messrs. A. W. Dunston, Waihi; T. Turner, Te Aroha; E. Smith, Paeroa; H. Emmett, Waihi; and J. L. V. Reed, Ngatea.
