DIVORCE PETITIONS
MORE CASES HEARD AFTERNOON SITTING Before Mr. Justice MacGregor aad Air. Justice Blair at the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon, the following petitions in divorce were heard, in addition to the long list which occupied the morning sitting. The application for a dissolution cl marriage brougli t by George Alfred Birch (Mr. Thwaites) against Ivy Maud Birch, which was adjourned yes. terday, was heard before Mr. Justice Blair this morning, when further evidence in regard to the allegations of adultery was submitted. A decree nisi, to be made absolute is three months, was granted. A decree nisi on the ground of adultery was granted to Elizabeth Surah Cliitham (Mr. Thompson) aga.nst Norman Frederick Chitham. Desertion was the ground on which William Harris (Mr. Bone) was granted a divorce from Mary Grace Rawlins Harris.
Jessie Sharratt (Mr. Munro) was granted a decree nisi to be made absolute in three months against Frank Sharratt, on the grounds of mutual separation. On similar grounds Harriet Tattersall Davev (Mr. Wyatt) secured a decree against Louis Victor Davey.
