COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Gunbar is due at Auckland on Saturday from the East Coast, and sails on Monday on her return trip to East Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier. The Wingatui from Dunedin, Timaru and Lyttelton arrived at Picton at midnight, and sails at noon to-morrow for Wellington and Auckland. She is due here early next week. The Kaponga, which arrived at Auckland this morning from Westport via New Plymouth, sails at 11 o’clock this evening for Greymouth. The Katoa is loading at Dunedin to-day, thence Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington for Auckland. She should arrive here about Saturday week. The Kurow from Bluff and way ports left Wellington at 12.30 p.m. yesterday for Napier, Gisborne and Auckland. She Is expected here on Monday. The Waipiata has been delayed at Timaru by rain and now leaves there this afternoon via Lyttelton and Wellington for Auckland. She is due here next Wednesday. The Waikouaiti, which leaves Lyttelton at 11 o’clock this morning for Auckland direct, should arrive here on Sunday. The Kartigi, which arrived at Auckland this morning from Westport via Napier leaves at 5 p.m. to-morrow for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The Waimea berthed at Gisborne at 8 o’clock this morning and sails at 8 o’clock to-night for Napier and Auckland. She Is due here on Sunday. The Kaitangata is loading at Greymouth for Auckland and should arrive here early next week. The Baron Fairlie is due at New Plymouth to-day from Auckland, and, after completing her discharge of basic slag from Antwerp, proceeds to Australia for Homeward loading. The Sussex arrived at Lyttelton this morning from Wellington, and sails tomorrow for Dunedin to complete her discharge of Eastern merchandise. The Queen Eleanor sails from Wellington to-day for Lyttelton and Dunedin, to complete her discharge of New York cargo. The Waipu sails at 3° p.m. to-day for Kerepeehi, returning to Auckland at 5.30 а. on Saturday. The Taniwha arrived from Paeroa at б. a.m. to-day, and sails on the return trip at two o’clock this afternoon. The Hauiti is due in Auckland at 2 p.m. to-day from Kopu and Turua. She sails for Coromandel at 5 p.m. tomorrow. The Claymore arrived in Auckland from Whangarei at 7.30 a.m. to-day. and sails on the return trip at seven o’clock tonight. The Omana sailed for Kawau, Mullet Point, and Matakana at 1 p.m. to-day. She is due back in Auckland at 5 a.m. to-morrow, and sails at 6.30 p.m. the same day for Surfdale, Ostend, and Omiha. The Kawau is due in Auckland at 6 p.m. to-day from Kawau, Takatu, Ti Point, Little and Big Omaha. She sails at 4 p.m. to-morrow for Waiwera, Mahnrangi, and Warkworth. The Apanui is expected to arrive in Auckland at six o’clock this evening from Great Barrier. She sails at noon tomorrow for Totara North, Houhora, Kaimaumau, and Parenga. The Pono sails at 3 p.m. to-day for Mangapai, Parua Bay, One Tree Point, and Waipu. She is due back in Auckland about Monday. The Rangitoto is expected in Auckland at 2 p.m. to-day from Thames. She sails on the return trip at 5.30 p.m. tomorrow. The Clansman is due in Auckland at 7.30 a.m. to-morrow from Russell, Opua, Whangaroa, and Mangonui. She is expected to sail on the return trip on Monday. The Matangi is expected in Auckland at 7 a.m. to-morrow from Tauranga. She sails on the return trip at 7 p.m. the same day. The Tiroa is due in Auckland during the week-end, and will load on Monday for Gisborne and Hicks Bay. The Coronation will load to-morrow, and sail on Saturday for Awanui. The Richardson steamer Putiki, which has been undergoing overhaul, came off the slip this morning, and berthed at the Central Wharf. The Mako is due from East Coast bays to-morrow, and. sails on Saturday on the return trip. The Mahurangi sailed for the coast last evening, and is due back in Auckland to-morrow.
