HOUSE BROKEN INTO
SUM OF MONEY TAKEN JEWELLERY LEFT UNTOUCHED (Special to THE BUN) CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday. A large sum of money was taken by a thief who broke into the home of Mr. A. G. Rutter, Wildberry Street. Lin wood. Twenty-five pounds in notes and about £5 from a child’s money-box are missing. The thief used a spade to prise open a window and gain entrance, and made a thorough search of the house. He ignored a quantity of jewellery.
