MOTORISTS IN COURT
BY-LAWS BROKEN City motorists who had offended against the traffic regulations were penalised in the Traffic Court yesterday by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., and Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M. POLICE PROSECUTIONS For negligent driving, Austen Frost, Harold Newbrook, William Winn and J. M. Younger were each fined £l. For leaving cars unattended, Andrew Charlton and George Gaylor were each fined 10s. For failure to notify change of ownership, Charles Pearson and Harrison and Gash were each fined £l. For having no lights on motor-cars, Ronald Bartrum, Charles Goldberg, Francis Hogan, Herbert Jackson and Jack Kirk were each fined £l. Nichola Astrella, Robert Mullane, Norman Chapman, Alick Connell, Francis Ford, John Hayes. Harold Hawken, Richard Nixon, Harold Richards, F. Rabbidge. and K. Ramsay were each fined 10s. CITY PROSECUTIONS For dangerous driving, Charles Renshaw. Ernest Moody, Norman Patterson and George Wong Yew were each fined £3. Eric Gibson was fined £3 10s. Cyril Brown and George Stewart were each fined £2 10s. William Liddell. Geoffrey Radley, Albert Prebble, Harold Burton, James Remmington and Lyulp Tollemache were each fined £2. For leaving cars unattended Robert Wood, Margaret Russell, Cyril Brown and Percy Eassen were each fined 10s.
