CHAIRMEN ELECTED
WAIITEMATA AND MANUKAU COUNTIES ANNUAL ELECTIONS TO-DAY Mr. F. M. Waters commenced his fifth year as chairman of the Manukau County Council, being re-elected to the position at a meeting of the council held to-day. ■ At a meeting of the "Waitemata County Council also held to-day Mr. A. M. Laing was elected chairman.
