RADIO HEARD ON TRAIN
MUSIC FROM MELBOURNE (United P.A. —By Telegraph — Copyright) (United Service) LONDON, Monday. | Music transmitted by wireless from Melbourne was heard for the first time on a railway train between Hatfield and King's Cross last evening. The atmospheric conditions were not favourable and the Morse interference was most pronounced, but occasionally band music was audible. The Melbourne Town Hall clock was also heard striking the hour of five on Monday morning.
