NEGLIGENCE ALLEGED CASE SETTLED OUT OF COURT Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. A claim by Drayton, Jones, Ltd., drapers and furnishers, against Henry Poynton Bridge, accountant, for £1,892, which should have been heard in the Supreme Court to-day, has been settled out of court.
