I PUMPKIN PIE pint pumpkin, juice of IJ three lemons, piece of "butter rQ size of egg . grated rind of «] lemons, salt, one i cup of L{] sugar, one dessertspoonful corn- Jq flour, yolks of two eggs. Boil t£j pumpkin, strain, dry it. beat it till m cold, add butter, sugar, beaten Dj yolks, lemon juice, cornflour, boil [n all together, line a piedish with |}j Puff paste, fill with mixture, the. [}j unites of eggs beaten stiffly with Qj sugar to taste , put on top (a Qj **blesf>oonful of sultanas or currants added to other ingredients ). jv
