land to-night. They are Madame Cora Melvin, well-known operatic soprano, and Air. Norman Day, who recently produced “Charley’s Aunt” in Tauranga, and has appeared for the Hamilton Choral Society. The main fight at the Town Hall last night was described by Mr. G. Flutter, himself a boxer. The account was good, and could be followed easily right up to the astonishing climax when the hoots of the crowd drowned the announcer’s voice for a few minutes. Both the Boxing Association and the Broadcasting Company are to be complimented on the entertainment for listeners.
