UNDEFENDED DIVORCE
MISCONDUCT ADMITTED A decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, was granted by Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court this morning to Maud Wilkie, who peti-* tioned for her divorce from Archibald Wilkie. The two were married in 1908, and there was one child. In October of last year the petitioner went on a holiday visit to Australia, returning in November. The following month her sister admitted -misconduct with the respondent, who also admitted this to his wife and another witness, signing a statement to that effect. The case was adjourned yesterday, when his Honour held that there was not sufficient evidence to exclude the possibility of collusion, but after a further witness had been heard to-day, the decree was granted.
