Vaile and Sons, Ltd., will sell, at their rooms, 83 Queen Street, on Friday, June 1, at 2 p.m., a Remuera residential site approximately two acres, situated in Oliver Street, adjoining the proposed Waiatarua Park. A superior type of bungalow situated facing Buck,a*lcl ’ s Beach, on the parade, will also be offered on the same date.
