SCRATCH MAN WINS (From Our Own Correspondent) WHANGAREI, To-day. The results of the bicycle race yesterday afternoon, Whangarei to Oakleigh and return, a distance of 20 miles, were:—• T. Cross, scr, 1; T. Clark, lmin, 2; A Clark, 2min, 3; J. Marlow, 7min. 4. The time of the winner was 54imin. ( and of the second man two minutes less.
