PACT REJECTED.—The diplomatic correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says Lithuania did not accept the proposal by Poland for a pact of nonaggression and arbitration, on the ground that it would tend to perpetuate the present boundary, thus leaving Vilna definitely within Poland.—A.P.A.
