TURKISH MILITARY STAFFS (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) Times Cable. Reed. 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Tuesday. The Constantinople correspondent of “The Times” reports that the Turkish Government intends to pass a Bill providing that all the members of the permanent staffs in the Army, Navy and Air Force who marry foreigners shall be dismissed. Those who marry when they are on missions abroad will be fined and compelled to refund the expenses incurred in going abroad. Officers who have already married foreigners are to be retired on pensions.
