INCREASES DETAILED Six local bodies have so far decided to support the One Tree Hill Road Board, and send a representative to the proposed conference. The Mount Albert Borough Council has to pay a levy of £6.289, an increase of £1,350 on the amount naif* last year. The Onehunga Borough Council ha* had its levy increased by £612. The Xorthcote Borough Councils levy has been increased by £l4B. making this year’s charge £753. The Manukau County Council is called on to pay £1,037 more than wa* the case last year. The One Tree Hill Road Board is levied to the extent of £3.020, a stantial increase in last year’s amount The Papatoetoe Town Board’s levy has been increased by £195. The Mount Roskill Road Board ha* also had its levy increased and is supporting the other six local bodies in their protest.
