NEEDHAM.—On May 15, at the Auckland Hospital, Thomas Needham, late of Leicester, England; aged 73 years. ttEYNOLDS.—On May 14, at the residence of Mrs. E. Crouch, Herne Bay, Walter Hugh, beloved eldest son of W. Reynas, Esq., Eastbourne, England. WATSON.—On May 13, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. E. Roberts, Te Kliiti, Laura, wife of Walter Watson, and daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thoms, pf Marton; in her 67th year.
