WIGRAM SHIELD SCORES Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. At a meeting of the New Zealand Council of the Royal Life Slaving Society it was decided that the primary school breaststroke certificate should count half a point for the Wigram Shield this year, and that it must come up again for review at the next annual meeting.
