PEACE DELEGATION DEPARTS (United P.A.—By Telegraph Copyright) (United Service) LONDON, Monday. The Riga correspondent of the “Daily Mail” states that a Polish delegation left Kovno after five days of futile peace negotiations with represen-
tatives of Lithuania. They had discussed proposals for a resumption of normal relations.
