CONNECTION AT HAMILTON Much pre-election spade work Is being accomplished quietly by the Country Political Party, which functions largely in the Auckland province. The first annual convention of the organisation is to be held at Hamilton on Thursday of next week, when delegates from all parts of the province will present their reports. A discussion upon the Party’s atti"ide toward the political factions in the election field, as well as upon the hoice of its own candidates, is expected to occupy much of the convention’s time.
