“OVERLAND LIMITED” Seekers in search of a thrill have only to journey to the Royal Theatre Kingsland, this week and see “The Overland Limited.” It is impossible in a limited space to describe toe rapid action and many exciting moments of this photoplay, but if threader can imagine a fast express trair. dashing along with a maniac creeping over the top of the engine to attach the engineer, the struggle in the car and then the train running wild, with a madman at the throttle. Then shif: the scene to a new steel bridge, with two men silently cutting through the girders with an acetylene torch. The train reaches the bridge, and suddenly the bridge collapses, plunging the steel monster into a raging torrent below. The above are but a few scenes In this remarkable film. Then, too, there are romantic lore scenes between Malcolm McGregor ana Olive Borden, a lot of wholesome comedy and some moments of pathos.
Wilson Mizner. bon vivant of Broadway, and one of the world’s wittiest writers and speakers, has been signet by Fox Films to write an original story that will be put into film in the near future. Mizner is also expected to adapt “Cock-eyed World** for the screen from Laurence Stallings’s story, written as a sequel to “What Pric* Glory?” Raoul Walsh is scheduled to begin production on “Cock-eyed as soon as he finishes “Me Gangster the Charles Frances Coe story, casting for which will start in a few days-
