TRAVELLER FINED £2 Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. John Somerville Jones, described as a traveller in forestry bonds, was today fined £2 in default v 14 days’ imprisonment with hard labour, on charges of resisting arrest and a breach of his prohibition order. The police said Jones went to a fish shop and used bad language concerning oysters. Later he violently resisted arrest and was under the influence ol drink.
